By purchasing an advertising package on the Main Banner of Motarey.com , you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Advertisers are responsible for providing advertising content compliant with Motarey.com specifications and guidelines.
All advertising content must be pre-approved by Motarey.com prior to publication.
Motarey.com reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any advertising content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the site’s standards.Full payment of the advertising package cost is required at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable once the advertising period has commenced, except as outlined in Section 5 “Cancellations and Refunds.”
The number of permitted advertising changes per package is fixed and must be scheduled in advance with Motarey.com. Unused advertising changes do not roll over to subsequent periods.
Cancellations made at least three business days before the start of the advertisement period will qualify for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through direct contact with Motarey.com.
Cancellations made after the specified period are not eligible for a refund.
If Motarey.com cannot fulfill the advertisement agreement for reasons beyond its control, a proportional refund will be granted for the unused portion of the advertisement period.
Motarey.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the publication of advertisements, including interruptions or errors introduced by the advertiser.
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Motarey.com harmless from any legal claims or disputes resulting from the content of their advertisement.
Motarey.com reserves the right to terminate the advertisement agreement if the advertiser violates any of these terms and conditions.
In case of termination due to the advertiser's breach, no refund will be issued.
Motarey.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Advertisers will be informed of any significant changes before they take effect.
By proceeding with payment for any advertising package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms are in accordance with UAE law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
